Right of Withdrawal
If you bought OpenDrop Pro as a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with an equivalent statutory right, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Submit the form below and we will respond within 1 business day.
Submit a withdrawal request
All fields with * are required. We treat your submission as an "unambiguous statement of withdrawal" under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 11(1).
Who this applies to
The right of withdrawal on this page is granted by:
- Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Articles 9 to 16, as transposed into each EU member state's national law.
- The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (United Kingdom), regulations 27 to 38.
- Analogous statutory rights in other jurisdictions (for example, certain Swiss, Norwegian, and Icelandic consumer-protection regimes).
It applies if you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) who purchased an OpenDrop Pro subscription from NFDGames LLC.
We honor withdrawal requests received within 14 days regardless of the Article 16(m) waiver, as a matter of customer service, on a pro-rata refund basis (the price of the days you had access is retained, the rest is refunded). Where mandatory consumer law of your country grants you a stronger right, that stronger right applies.
What happens after you submit
- You receive an automated confirmation that we got your form (from Formspree, our form processor).
- NFDGames LLC acknowledges your withdrawal by email within 1 business day.
- We instruct the platform that processed your purchase (Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Stripe) to issue a refund of all payments received from you. Where we cannot instruct the platform directly (Apple in particular controls App Store refunds), we email you the platform's refund-request link and follow up to verify it was processed.
- The refund is issued using the same means of payment as your original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
- If you exercised your withdrawal right before the 14-day period and we already began performance with your express consent, we may charge a pro-rata amount for the days you had Pro access, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU Article 14(3).
Standard model withdrawal statement (Annex I(B), Directive 2011/83/EU)
The form above already incorporates the language required by Annex I(B). If you prefer to submit by email, copy the model statement below, fill in the bracketed fields, and send it to support@nfdgames.com with the subject line "Withdrawal, OpenDrop Pro".
What this page does not affect
- Auto-renewal cancellation. If you simply want to stop your subscription from auto-renewing at the end of the current term, you do not need to use this form. Open Settings on your purchase platform (Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions, Google Play → Subscriptions, Microsoft account → Subscriptions, or the Stripe customer portal) and cancel from there. See Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
- Platform-policy refunds. Apple, Google, and Stripe have their own consumer-friendly refund processes that may extend beyond the 14-day window. Use them in parallel with this page.
- Statutory warranty rights. Your mandatory consumer-warranty rights under EU and UK law (e.g., conformity rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content) are independent of the withdrawal right and remain available after the 14-day period.
- Account deletion. Withdrawing from your subscription does not delete your OpenDrop account. To delete your account, use the hosted deletion page at opendrop.n-fantinodyer.workers.dev/delete-account or follow Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
